Paddle Boats 2003
Article By Shorty

Gavin Atkin taking a ride - he is a famous boat designer from England.

I say, quite so. (said with my sarcastic english accent).
I kept asking Gavin if he wanted a spot of tea. :)

This is Ridley, it is a brick like boat that Roger Harlow built.
Lots of detail and a great finish.

Jerry Scott brought a canoe. Don't think you can call it a pirogue because it doesn't have a flat bottom, looks to be a stitch and glue.

Always a pleasure to see Skip Johnson's Bionic Log.

Greg Rinaca built a new row boat, it is a Jim Michalak designed Roar 2.

In other sea trials, Greg can paddle for long distances at about 4.5 mph.
